Having had one scooter stolen already I'm quite tense about scooter security & have to say that I love this lock as a deterrent, it's highly visible & locks the scooter solid if placed on the lever for the disc lock.

excellent...especially for old Vespa because is the only way to lock this kind of motorcycle (without disk brake).I've an old Vespa from 1967 and when 4 sure when others friend of mine will see it they will order it!

I have a 2004 Interceptor and I have been using the Grip-Lock for about 6 months. It fits well, doesn't interfere with anything and stores easliy under the seat or in a bag. Best part is I have not been able to ride anywhere while this thing is installed and you can't say that about a disk lock! You cannot forget to take it off.

..what a fantastic device it is. Nothing but good things to say about it.

a.) I never need to bend down again as I always had to with traditional locks or chains placed through the wheels.
b.) I never get dirty hands by fiddling with U-locks through dirty front and rear wheels
c.) It takes a few days to get used to the lock mechanism but once you have this down it is very easy to use - well designed
d.) It has a nice solid feel to it when it is locked in place
e.) Reasonably priced
f.) Most importantly I never have to worry about pulling away with a lock still on my wheel Keep up the good work.

Just received the Grip-lock yesterday. Looked it over and I have to say that I'm impressed with it. I'm presently deployed to Kuwait, so the bikes in storage back home. I had the grip-lock shipped to me here so I could see it.

I was surprise, it came so fast).

I try it this weekend, and that's exactly what I was looking for.

On a BMW C1 it block the back wheel and avoid the motobicycle to fell if someone push it.

I have been using it for the last few weeks and am very happy, I no longer have to carry a big padlock and chain when I nip to the shops, yesterday morning I went to the bank to pay some bills, and in the afternoon had to go to the post office to send a package, I used the grip lock on its own both times and was able to carry it in my jacket pocket rather than having a heavy lock strapped to my bike.
